Instructions for online applications for exchange students

• Click on online application.
• Choose your home country, then you can choose your home university and/or study field.
• Click on button "Show exchange details".
• Click on green led lamp in front of your choice. Now you can start filling in the on-line application form!
• When the application is sent, you will automatically receive an e-mail with confirmation of application and a request to register via the attached link.
• When registered you can now continue to complete your personal data and also upload and print out documents as:
• Photo
• Application Form (Remember to fill in your choice of courses)
• Transcripts (this is a document listing courses you have already taken and received grades for at your home university)
• When Application Form is also signed by your International Coordinator and uploaded again - it will be checked by the International Relations at Kristianstad University, you will receive an e-mail that your application is complete.
• Next step is that you will receive either a confirmation that you have been admitted together with information about your stay, or a message that you have been rejected.

NB! Erasmus students are requested to at the latest at their arrival bring a signed Learning Agreement form from their home university.
